This Master License grants the licensee permission to lease this particular Performance Track in a ONE-TIME recording for the purpose of creating a new recording of the listed artist singing along with the PERFORMANCE TRACK. If you intend to manufacture and distribute your phonorecords/sound recordings of the copyrighted musical composition (lyrics and melody), you must obtain a MECHANICAL LICENSE and/or DIGITAL LICENSE. Mechanical and Digital Licenses can be purchased from the LICENSING page.
 
This Master License is non-exclusive, non-refundable and non-transferable.
